Return & Exchange Window

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to inspect your ingredients and ensure they meet your creative standards.

Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Before sending anything back, please contact our support team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and quantity you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once authorized, please ensure:

  • Products are in original, unopened packaging
  • Ingredients are in resalable condition
  • Include a copy of your original packing slip

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Exchange Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed-mind returns.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of our artisan ingredients, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened Botanicals & Botanical Extracts – For hygiene and quality preservation
  • Essential Oils & Essential Oil Gift Sets – Once opened, due to product nature and safety
  • Melt & Pour Soap Bases – If packaging has been compromised
  • Preservatives – Due to chemical safety regulations
  • Custom or Special Order Items
  • Items Damaged by Improper Storage or Handling

We inspect all returns and reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that don’t meet return conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no cost to you.
